Change of Mind & Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Style, colour, or fit preference
  • General dissatisfaction after delivery

Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund where:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence

We reserve the right to assess all claims before issuing a resolution.

Items Not Received

If your item has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

  • Claims must be made after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed
  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier will be considered as proof of delivery

Home Décor & Fragile Items

For home décor items:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, or manufacturing processes
  • These are not considered defects

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:
